Big Bounce were really accommodating and friendly and really worked things so that it fitted well for us and made our lives easier whilst organising our party. Great communication and customer service on the night meant all our staff were very happy campers. The photo booth in particular went down a storm (thank you to the lovely lady running it who kept all our guys and girls chatting and laughing) and both the casino tables were constantly busy (a big thanks to the boys running these who also set the tables up during the day - again, friendly, chatty and helpful). When you have great people running things like this it really makes a difference to the overall atmosphere of the party. We would definitely use Big Bounce again!

Cost. Big Bounce was the most reasonably priced events company and yet we received a really outstanding level of service - the staff went above and beyond to ensure our night went well.

Absolutely. Big Bounce was organised and ran very smoothly and we could trust them to ensure that an event that they were providing services for would go well and be enjoyed by all.

Provided fun stuff for our staff to do at the christmas party, provided a professional and efficient service and also provided fabulous and bubbly staff who made the night what it was. Excellent! Would highly recommend Big Bounce to other companies looking for an events service.
